First, I would make sure your maintenance is up to par(t-belt,fluids,ignition,etc). If it is, look into a full exhaust if you dont have one. Your profile says you have a t28 and intake, so i would also start looking into some fuel injectors, pump and logger/tuning device(s) after the exhaust. There are Upgrade Path steps on this site which are very good.

The SSAC is a great core for BPU and you can get it for around $300 shipped

TBE, intake pipe, fuel injectors, pump, fmic should bring you close, after that look more into exhaust components like the manifold and o2. Only thing is, once you mess with fuel you are going to need a SAFC or some other piggyback system and a wideband which adds up quickly

Ok, you have exhaust, if its catback, then get the downpipe and testpipe or hiflo cat. Depending on what your goals are, The Hahn, supra and a few other sidemounts are good up to 400hp+ and can be had for cheap. But definitely look into injectors, pump and something to tune with and log so you can start upping the boost

You could even substitute the walbro 190 for an evo9 pump, I got mine for 25$ shipped..Also, a logger is going to be needed before that SAFC can be used...

Funny how out of 7 true replies, only 1 mentioned maintenance. The first thing I would suggest is that, maintenance. It does you absolutely no good to have "go-fast" parts on a car that sits in the driveway.

If it's "good-to-go", then as stated, there is a great upgrade path on this site and many others as well.

the car is running strong and im anal about maintenance as it is so thats fine. I already have a 3" down pipe and a highflow exhuast so we can cross that off. i will be getting the sidemount later on this week. So first purchases will be

You should get a fuel pump, some 880 injectors, and dsmlink(best tuning device out there), FMIC and some new BC 272's. Just PM me I got it for you Cheap

Or a new timing belt and tensioners, If your timing belt has not been replace do it now, $250 for a complete timing belt replacement is cheaper than a head. And get a real tuning system if you can afford it, SAFC's are just about worthless in my opinion and are a waste of money once you finally do decide to buy a good tuning device.

Maintenance first. Then come back and search once you're done with that. There's plenty of threads on here (including upgrade paths!!).

Save your money. At the level you are at the 2g manifold is just fine. If you feel you need to do somthing about the manifold then get yours ported. (im not knocking the manifold in any ways...it is great, I have one but it will be a while till you need it...hell I probably dont even need it yet)

Also just go ahead and get some bigger injectors that way you wont have to spend more money after you catch the power bug.

Hes got 2g, so unfortunately for him, he cant run DSmap. I would definitely say at this point you dont need the FPmanifold and can just port your stock one. Cars have run 10s on 2g manifold and you already have it. Spend the money on something else

i have recently ran into some money, i will have around 1K cahse to use on my car, what are some add ons i could do for the car to help the performance...im not looking for crazy horsepower as its my everyday driver...just looking for some stuff that would give it a little extra umph ya know and maybe help the overall life of the car...
