whats the zietronix wide band, well what different about it,better or worse?Does it have datalogging capabilties?

Ill tell your im leaning toward the cams. But how are the comp stage 2 cams?Any users,good/bad thoughts on them.

No manifold problems,it is ported, and i been running it for 2 1/2 years :thumb: of raw beating

I would get a bigger fmic. The starion fmic's are tiny and thin. You have a bigger turbo than I have (to4b h3) so You should have a bigger fmic. You would deff. feel a gain from a bigger fmic. I got a dejon tool fmic and allthough I had to cut my car in half to fit it in, I like it alot.

well im not worried about fitting it,i have nothing to help me in a crash up front LOL :thumb:

Hey well if your going to do any turbo, downpipes, or intercooler upgrades let me know I can gurantee i'll beat any shops price for dsm's. We make them at our shop so its alot cheaper, no middle man. We are dba under EvilBoost in the county of Los angeles

well the turbo i have on im gonna prob sell soon, looking into a 60-1 of some sort.
also what kind of front mounts you got.If i where to get one i want to to work with my exsisting intercooler pipes, which are all 2 1/2 mandrel bent "short route"the starion i got on has the inlets and outlets in the middle of the endtanks and go on both sides of the radiator
but i still need some info on the cams, and people running the comp stage 2s

if you have 650 you dont know what you should do with it, you should send it to me so i can rebuild my blown up motor. Otherwise only 1 mod going on my car, and thats a for sale sign =p.

IMO ditch the crappy FMIC.

well in the cam test, which ive seen before, they test "crower" stage 3 not comp cams

they have a comp stage 1 and 2.

the race gas is a good idea, since i buy it every weekend pretty much, that would dave alot of money.

i seen comp stage twos, which comp is producing the fp cams, and there like 435 shipped?

for real, if you are asking, do it right. get a wideband. learn how to use it. if you buy cams do it right the first time buy hks 272's. don't have to index them and they are built right.

Yea there is nothing wrong with a high quality front mount. That and a wideband would for sure be the best spent money, no doubt about it. :thumb:

well regardless of what cams i get, they would get degreed, thats doing it right.

water injection, was another thing brought up,which now is another option

cams and some water injection?

why not buy a set of cams that do not need to be degreed? I have no experience with water/alcohol injection but from what i hear it's great. pretty good choice for the money. but you can't beat the engine management and safety a o2 wideband affords you don't you think?

why not degree the cams to be safe??? thats the right way of doing things, even if they dont need to be degreed reguardless of what they are. no degreeing cams is being careless.

Besides the obvious of any DSM model. What would be another good car to look for. I've looked at a few Celica All-Trac's and older Supra's and RX=7's.

Is it 2500 for the whole car? Mods and all?

Or 2500 just to get the car, and mods come after?

I'd personally go with either a 240sx (1991-1994)... but that's my current 2nd love to DSM's..... MR-2's are nice too... or maybe a 1st Gen Miata?

I will almost garantee you will not find an All-Trac for $2500, very rare cars. when ever I see them poping up they will go for around $5000-$7000. But my first choice would be a 1G, or something you could drop a 4g63t into like a colt or hyandai, turbo probe GT, MKIII supra turbo,or any '80's chrysler turbo car/van. good luck with your project.

2500.00 is just for the car. And the Celica was a wrecked one, Basically needed hood and bumper that's it. Someone obviously didn't know what they had when they totaled it out.
