i think mach v sells the lip. sell the car and get a turbo one. and put that 2k towards the new car .

read the above post i made bout selling/going with turbo dsm.....ok i found a pic of what my front end could look like w/ the lip, and drop...(minus the cool plates and FMIC )

think that looks ok? i could put a grill in to compensate for lack of mean ass looking intercooler...(i can custom make a badass one for 10 bucks)

that guys car is badarse and he has tons of videos on his site . That lip looks extremely good but if your wanting any kind of power .. sell it / buy a turbo one already .

I agree to bet a turbo DSM, you obviously have never felt your body being pushed up against the seat from a turbo or even an AWD launch. These things would totally make you see the light into selling for a turbo dsm, but its your car and if you want the looks than thats cool too. Dont get the mesh grill because then you are loosing that big gap in the front of the car. You can use that large gap as motivation to get it turboed.

ok turbo is outta the question....to even get where i would want to be power-wise I'd end up spending 4 grand... :thumbdown: ...maybe next summer....for now its looks...oh btw who's car is that?? w/ the "ITSOVER" plates...i just found that pic in a random thread...and to get back on subject how much are the eibach prokit's and illuminas gonna cost me?

once again id like to emphasize that just selling this car and buying a gst or gsx is sorta not an option for me...it could be but ur assuming i can find a black 99 gst 5 speed with all options and leather ..w/ 60,000 miles for under $12,000...i might as well sink 3 grand into turboing this car and have $1000 left for rims...its simply not an option

You shouldnt turbo your car. Just spend it on a nice set of 18's or 19's and lower it. That will make it look really good!

they are starting to bubble up in a couple places and the left front one is chipped a lil around the edge...u cant tell from more than 3 feet away tho..u kinda gotta inspect em to see flaws...how much do u think these r worth? their the 16" OZ f1's

heres my viewpoint on it.......i busted my ass all through highschool to make straight A's and get a 31 ACT so i could study to be a Dentist and make $250,000 a year...right now im a junior in college still making straight A's...i dont need to make my $2,000 equal $5,000 after 5 years..... ..i been driving a car with 450,000 miles for 4 years...i think i deserve to have a little fun in life b4 i start working the rest of my life...everyone has a different view tho

thanks guys for all the input...good and bad :laugh: ..but i think im just gonna save up and buy a hahn stage II and a bottom end kit...(it looks decent enough i guess and their is just no substitute for horsepower)..itll take quite a bit more money but im gonna save up for another year..so next summer......is putting a star or hahn stage 1 kit even worth the time, effort, or money??...has anyone run decent 1/4 mile times w/ one of these plus other mods such as I/H/E in combination w/ the kit?
