I have a 1997 Eagle Talon 2.0 twin turbo with a 5 speed tranny runs good shifts smooth every time The tires are about 85% with crome wheels ( I have the orgianl wheels) . There are 149XXX miles on it. Theres always a "but theres this" so... The back hatch shocks are shot the clear coat has come off and the paint is chipping the check engine light is on iv takin it to several mechanics and they can't figure it out. But its a very very fun car has a lot of potential... I need a truck of somekind make me an offer

My question is how is it that several mechanics cant figure out why the CEL is on in an obd2 car?
The twin turbos are probably throwing them off
