Ok this has been bugging me. IS this shopped. How can the engine be backwards and still have mitsu right side up on the vc..

It must be shopped. The intake is on the exhaust side now. The head would need to be drilled and tapped, due to the fact that the holes for the vc are spaced unevenly. There is a massive gap between the timing gears and the head, and I believe the belt would try to stay inline with the crank causing the belt to slip off the gears.


As for the yellow del sol... Why paint turbo v-tec really huge down the side and not have a turbo on it?

i have a 99 4 door dodge neon with a custom motor swap it is a 3000gt vr4 3.0 dohc turbo...it is bored .20 over custom manifolds top mount turbo..full megasquirt harness an ecu tuning software..

car has been dynoed an tuned by ill garage in chicago at 362hp to the wheels an 356lbs of torque on 10 psi
been a project car an lookin for a change..
the motor only has 3500 miles on it
the trans is front wheel drive with a 6 puck clutch rated at 600hp bulit by south bend clutch
car has 550cc precision injector
255 walbro fuel pump
aftermarket front mount
60trim turbo

From what he says what your looking at is the rear head with the front cover on it.. with a a543 transmission

According to the guys over on the 3s sites, it is possible to pu the front valve cover of a 6G72 on the rear bank. Which is what they did on the Neon. It's suppose to bolt up fine and seal fine as well.

This ad gave me a chuckle. I'll see if anyone else notices it.

Nothing funny this time, just a clean 1g that I would snag and not change a thing. Just wanted to share. I think his price is pretty on point as well.

That is a very nice one, I think he's a member on here too. It's in beautiful shape but to be honest the automatic and the color would make me not interested in buying it.
 
That neon is still bugging me..It's either shopped very well, or it reminds me of the 2.5 v6 avenger/ sebring motor.With the 3s vc on it.

Which would also make sense, because the 2g n/t dsms got the 2.4 or the 420a.The avenger/sebrings got the 420a, or the 2.5 v6. Which looks very similar to the 3s motor but the engine is flipped.Timing is on the passenger side, and intake mafifold faces the drivers side.
