Well, finally decided to start my own blog. Since I've recently relocated to germany, and in the process was able to pay off all my debt, including paying the loan for the GS-T, I'm now able to finally start what I've been wanting to start for a while now.
So it's time for the DSM to start it's change, besides the few simple mods it has on it now, it's time to get it to how a DSM should be, and over the course of my 3 years in Germany I plan to make a dramatic change to the GS-T. I am currently waiting for the GS-T to get overseas, at which point I'm going to start the process of rebuilding/modding/etc. So I'm going to list some of my plans here, and since I'm posting it in DSM Tuners I can probably stay motivated through all the down time.
Okay, one of my biggest plans is to start tuning my DSM, so I want to purchase DSMLink, before I left the states I had started looking into it, and in the process I found out that I have a 95 Eprom ECU!! So now all I have to do is send it off and get it socketed.
Before I forget: GOALS FOR THE CAR!! The car's ultimate goal is to be a really fun DD. 350-400 WHP, pump gas, 16 psi, decent gas mileage, occasional track days/strip days (Nurburgring, here I come!!). Nothing too serious, just want to be reliable; no street racing, no dogging (car will be rev limited at 6k)
After I get back to the states I plan on purchasing a 1g AWD to turn into more than a "fun dd" but until then, let the GS-T fun start!!
Okay, so here are the things I plan on buying, going to be getting everything pretty much in order.. So here goes!! *note* this is a general list and any comments or suggestions are welcome (And I am following the tech path!!) Just want to write it out to keep myself on track!! Most of the items will be purchased and put on over the next 3 years.
*note* the 6 bolt engine will have all maitenence before anything else is purchased after the 6 bolt (timing belt, gaskets, seals, etc)
Injen Turbo Intake (already installed)
DSMLink
6 bolt engine (possibly BR Stage1 Block/2 Head)
Jackstrans stage 1 FWD Tranny
FP 18g KIT
Aeromotive AFPR

A'Pexi N1 Turbo-Back

Nothing too serious, any suggestions are appreciated, at the moment it's just a generic list off the top of my head before I go to sleep, more will be added and I will digress more eventually, just waiting for the GS-T and getting prepared for the car to get here.
