Ill keep fixing and working with mine little by little. Gets bad enough ill get creative with some tube work and say goodbye to the street.
Ive had great luck fixing surface rust by sanding it down and spraying it with rust converter paint. Supposedly garaunteed to turn any left over pits, nasty stuff, into a clean sandable, paintable surface. And its garaunteed for 2 years! Also much cheaper than other chemicals and coatings such as POR 15.
