Hey all, I finally got the car put back together and drivable after AWD swap and fresh engine build. I need some help getting it at least safe to drive around town without melting my pistons. I am in touch with the local DSMLink expert who will help me really dial things in, but it might be a while before our schedules line up. I attached a log from a drive I took. I'm hoping someone can help me make a little progress.
Concerns:
1)It pings like crazy on light accelleration.
2)Goes rich under hard accelleration and starts bogging down rich around 10-15 PSI
3)Stalls coming to a stop, it won't idle at all with AC on. Throttle body is rebuild and base idle screw adjusted. I finally got it idling OKish adjusting the idle air clamp, but it's still not great.
I have global fuel adjusted rich for my Alpha 1300 injectors, but the idle issue gets way worse if I use the recommended % for injector size. I did adjust dead times in live data to match injector spec sheet.
Car has 8.5:1 pistons and FP6851S Turbo. Regulated to 44PSI Fuel pressure. It has 2GB cam sensor. Omni 3 bar MAP, GM IAT, PLX Wideband, running speed density, but stock MAF is still installed and logging.
Thank you for any help.
