I was testing out posting a link. I figured it out and now want to delete the thread, but I can't for whatever reason.

Oh, I think only moderators can delete entire threads.

The "ease" comment is a personal joke.

When I was working in Germany at our telecommuncations facility, I was being trained. The contractor told me to make a test user account. So he types "Test" as a last name, I grab the keyboard and type "ease" For a first name. He looked at me all WTF and said "Ok, now this is how you find him in Active Directory." When it displayed the display name (not to be confused with username or userID), it used the default configuration of "Last_name, First_name"
