Car is a 91' Galant VR4

Dsmlink V3
LC1 w/ narrowband simulation
Brand new lc1 sensor
GM 3.5" MAF
450cc injectors
brand new bpr6es

I can not get this thing to idle worth a damn. I've spent hours watching link demos and trying to get this thing to idle right with literally no improvement.

With a brand new sensor in the lc1 the gauge reads very slowly, it will stay on a number 13.4 for example, 10 seconds later it jumps to 17.4

The most annoying thing is the LC1 sensor is cycling but very very slow, and randomly. I attached a log.

In this log I started with the lc1 out of narrowband sim. then switched it on. Look at the o2 sensor and stft readings.

please any help would be greatly appreciated

your smoothing values are different than stock. so is your min oct fuel map. thats really funky.

Log your ISC motor and try again. maybe do a complete factory reset on the ecu and try again. I don't see many differences from stock, and the differences I do see don't seem to be justified.

factory smoothing values for a MAF setup are around 86%

Log ISC so you can set the BISS correctly. Then proceed to follow ECM link videos.

Also verify for boost leaks and base timing = 5* BTDC... (I know you probably have, but it never hurts to double check)

Thanks for the quick response, I will look and report back.

Heres another quick log of the isc, I also changed the Idle smoothing to what you suggested. Not much of a change as far as idle goes though.

I'm researching isc operation right now to see what I can't come up with.

In the DA section under airflow smoothing, select all the values, right click, and press toggle stock values. That will put it back to default.

As for the idle, it seems you have a boost leak or in improperly set BISS. You have and ISCPos of 0, which means the ECU is trying to fully close the ISC to try to achieve your target idle. Do a boost leak test and test the ISC motor.

Appreciate the feedback. I've performed a boost leak test already, but I will double check!
