Can not figure it out!!!!

to start this is what im working with.... its a 95 gst... i have a 95 bottum end with a 98 head on it.. thats the way the car came... when i got the car the wiring was a mess so i started cleaning up the wireing.... i put on a alternator relocate and relocated my battery to the trunk.. i started connecting everything back to start the car and nothing it would just crank crank crank but no combusting.. i did some home work and found out that the injector box plug is the same as the plug underneath the throttle body when i switched them i can crank the car over and it combusts but doesnt wanna stay running...youy can crank its and it wants to run but doesnt... i went back through and checked over every plug made sure the plugs to the coils were right made sure that the injections were right the ground on the motor.. i have fuel and spark but i cant understand why it would crank over and stay running.. ive stared at this thing way to long now so i decieded i needed to post this so someone can help me out..... i came to believe i think its something with a plug not plugged that i forgot or one backwards something little is keeping this car from staying running!!! PLEASE HELP ME i greatly appriacte it thank you

Are you running a 95-96 cam angle sensor or a 97-99 cam angle sensor? You plug order may be in the wrong depending on which sensor and ecu you have.

have you tried patting the gas when youre crankin it? i have to pump the gas while cranking mine and rev it a little for about a minute or it just wont run

thanks guys, the motor has good compression, its a 1995 car and ecu, the head has the 98 sensor on it but is not hooked up. i have the 95 sensors hooked up. I am getting a little spark, but I dont think its enough. I have brand new plugs and brand new 10.4 taylor wires from extreme psi. would changing the dash from a 97 n/t have anything to do with it? i didn't think it would because nothing from the dash plug's into the ecu. i just pulled the intake manifold off to see if i saw anything funky with the coils, but everything looks good. I am about to buy anther wiring harness because I am completely stumped. please respond with what ever you can.
