Hey guys, my 90 talon temp sits at 206.3-209.6F (reading from the logger) it fluctuates between these two temps steadily, and all the time, never any lower, never any hotter. Whats causing this?! Thanks!

It should drop to 190ish then raise to 210ish though through the cycle not that little. Thats not really a problem just sort of wierd. Try hooking up a switch to the fans so you can turn them on as you wish and see if you can drop the temps down a lot more.

I wired both fans to be on when the engine is running. It takes a litle while longer to warm up but never gets past the middle temp mark of the temp gauge.
Anyone needing#wiring instructions I can email them it.

I should always double check. The 1G thermo switch should turn on at 180-190 and off at 172 or below. Since the thermo switch is in the radiator and the engine coolant temp sensor is in the thermostat housing there may be some difference in temp between the two places.
Your temps still don't seem much out of line to what I usually see.

Steve
