Tech edge wideband help...PLEASEEE

I purchased a tech edge wideband setup from another tuner on here for dirt cheap. Now the only issue is trying to figure out how it hooks up?? I asked the seller and he doesnt remember...

Anyways, i figured some of it out on my own. The rest i have no idea..
