Talon to Eclipse Tail light problems

I recently bought a 95 Talon. The previous owner started doing a 2g Eclipse conversion on the rear. I finished the bumper, and found i got no brake lights. My Turn signals and tail lights work but no brake. I found a thread but no pictures. Anyone else do this conversion possibly able to help? Cant seem to find a diagram.

Check your brake petal switch and make sure it works with a multi-meter. Also, check the fuse for the brake lights.

second that on the fuse, and i know this sounds really stupid, but did you check the bulbs?
