calgary,
My car still will not shift into any gear while running, while it's off it shifts.

I drove the car to friends house (fairly hard since the car was shifting horribly). He dropped the trans and changed my throwout bearing. Once it was put back together it doesn't shift at all when running. I changed the master/slave cylinders still no luck.

Suggestions please?

I literally just said that in the post before yours.

The master cylinder typically leaks on the inside of the car on the firewall and not so much on the outside.

have you checked to insure you placed the washers back on your shift cable bushings.. i know for a fact that this will cause you to not engage into any gear while car is on!!

Just some simple advice!

I Just replaced my transmission two weeks ago, started the car, and nothing but grinding in every gear!
I was SOOO Pissed at the time, went and adjusted my shift cables thinking that was it, and nothing!
Look at my shifter cable bushings and realized, i forgot to put the washers back in, and re-adjusted it back to what it was before and BAM!! Car shifts like butta!!!! ;)
