Talon speedo help

My talon sat for just over a year with a bad clutch. Finally got around to replacing the clutch this last week and my speedo is off. Cruising in fourth gear 2k rpm sand recorded speed is 15mph. Is the year of having the car sit caused a bad speedo in the cluster or a bad speed sensor in the trans? Anyone experience this?

Old clutch: clutchmaster 4 puck unsprung. New clutch: spec stage 2. 95 talon tsi awd. Fidanza flywheel, also replaced left and right front axles due to torn boots.

Has your cluster been messed with before? Sounds like either A) you're running extremely odd sized wheels/tires (unlikely) or B) someone pulled the needle off at some point and didn't put it back on right.

Ran fine till the hub separated from the clutch disc on the 4 puck. Of course was last year. Updated profile.

Update to this. Used a generic scan tool and looked at the data. Seems the speed reading on the speedo differs from the readings on the scan tool. Also the scan tool data seems accurate. So bad cluster from the vehicle sitting?
