I think the black top would look hot. It would bring your headlights, rims, hood, foglight surrounds, etc all together. You would then either have to go wingless or use the high rise 97-98 talon wing which works well in black because it comes off of the roof/glass area.
With that said the money could be better spent elsewhere unless you did it for cheap.
If you did deecide to do it hit your foglight bezel, black bumper area and windshield wiper cowl area w/ some gloss black paint instead of flat.
