ok i know what is wrong the wire to the fuse burnt. but i was wondering if i could wire them into the head lights. so when i turn them on it will light up my tail lights. i dont have the money to replace the wiring harness

If you wire the tailights to the headlamp circuit, the brake light may not work since it has to provide power through stop light switch.

You don't need to buy the whole harness. You can go to just about any automotive store and purchase wire in various lengths. Just cut out the burnt up sections and solder and tape the newly purchased wires in place of the burnt up ones.

There's specific reasons why your taillights and headlights are on separate circuits. What those reasons are, I don't know, but I guarantee there's reasons. Connecting one to the other could cause more problems than the one's you've already got.

your headlight and tail lights are parallel circuits meaning when you add more loads in a parallel circuit you increase amperage and overlad the circuit. some people would argue then that you can put in a bigger fuse. Yo could but dont reccomend it increasing amps will increase the likelyhood of the harness catching on fire because of the increased heat. like everybody else said repair the wires.
