1G tachometer not working

ok im a noob and just got a 93 gsx. and the tackometer doesnt work need some trouble shooting help.

Did you try checking out the sensor? Maybe you have a bad gauge cluster.

I have a 95 so i don't know if they are the same but on your power translator, the middle wire is your tach wire. Mine backed out and caused my tach to stop working. Like I say, I have a 2g. I don't know about a 1g

Power Transistor.

there should be a speed sensor going into the transmission. Check if its unplugged or you should be able to OHM it out with a DMM

It's #5 pin on your power transistor.
