Tabbo Race-Setup? Anyone have it?

Most of the lines you are removing are strictly emissions and you do not need them to run. I have heard some tuners say that they get a gas smell when you start messing with the charcoal canister. The way some have fixed that is by running a line back down under the car to keep the fumes out of the engine bay. If you do this I think there is a lot less head ache do to old cracked lines and it looks a lot cleaner when you go to start showing your car. The only con I can think of is that when you block your egr the gas mileage might change a little.

SOunds good.

Ya I plan on running the "race set-up" and hope everythign runs ok.

Ill have the gas smell from the tank run into a catch can thats also hooked up to the pcv hose and the other hose comin from the head.

I run the "race" setup with my AFPR and I don't notice and gas smell or anything of sorts. First time after I did it and blocked off my EGR it ran perfectly. Never missed a beat and idled great. Just make sure you block off the nipple's (haha I said nipple) that need to be plugged so you don't get an erradic idle.
