Anyone have any experience with this exhaust system? I was going to go with the eBay system But found this one on Nopi E-Cat.

Anyone ever use it or know anyone know how it sounds or heard anything bad of it? Let me know. I want a nice tone kinda deep.

Drag makes some alright stuff, their turbo kits are okay.. For a nice tone I would go with a Greddy Evo or HKS Titanium. I got the HKS and I like the tone it makes. Different for NT though and really depends if the company makes them. Also depends on your budget.

It says pipe diameter is only 2.25".... if you're upgrading, do it right the first time. Get 2.5 or 3", whichever you prefer (and fits your goals).

Considering he has a N/T I think 2.5" or 3" exhaust is way too much, unless he's gonna go super high compression.

Well I only have $240 to work with So HKS is out of the question. I was looking at the greddy Evo though I have heard great things from that.


How does just the Apexi N1 Muffler sound?

The Apexi N1 sounds pretty nice. Are you wanting just a muffler or a full catback? A muffler wont do anything for you. And yes, you want a 2.25" since its NA.

On the contrary, generally when your speaking of a forced induction engine the bigger the exhaust the better...to a point. When your speaking of a small N/A engine if you have too big of an exhaust you don't want a 7" exhaust because it will hurt performance more than it will help. If you don't have any backpressure you will lose all of your bottom end, the turbo provides backpressure in forced induction cars, the exhaust size provides backpressure in a N/A car, so it's not a good idea to stick a 3" exhaust on a 8.5:1 C/R car.
