Anyone used or know about this warlock mufler?

Hey dsm'ers, I tried searching but no results were found. I'm thinking of buying this muffler --> http://www.holley.com/50552FLT.asp , any advice?? I've seen it for about $70 new. I have a full 2.5" exhaust no cat, so would this straight-thru muffler be good? My other choise was a magnaflow ---> http://www.partsamerica.com/productdetail.aspx?MfrCode=MFL&MfrPartNumber=12198 but with a 2.5" inlet. Any help would be great!! Thanks

I have no idea about that first muffler however, I've used magnaflow mufflers and they sound awesome on our car not ricey like most.
