First off, improving your grammar will keep the grammar nazis off your back and make it easier for people to help.

Secondly, what did you do when you pulled it apart? Rebuild the stocker or buy a replacement?

ok first off i swapped heads on this motor and got it all back together and started it up let it run for a while and i ran great no leaks no nothing but under a load the sproket was loose on the shaft and the nut was loose and yes i did tighten everything but the question is how does this sprocket keep breaking loose and breaking on the inside.

I think what some people are trying to say is that replacing the cylinder head isnt going to fix the oil pump sprocket. The oil pump is not a part of the cylinder head, so you need to get a new assembly and make sure you use the proper length bolts to secure it. Once you do that dont reuse the gaskets and it shouldnt break on you.

ok so this is what happened, i bought the cr together and it jumped time so i bought it not running, tore the head off and replace the head bc of the bent valves and such, when i took the cover off, the oil pump sprocket was loose the nut was not tight, and the inside of the sprocket where the little circle is on the iside the walls were borken, well got a new one on a got everything back together and running, let it run for a about a half hour and it was great no leaks no nothing, took it out and got about a mile down the raod and oil flew onto my windshield and then it went, jumped time bc of the timing belt was covered in oil and bent the exhaist valves. i pulled it home and took it apart and again no leaks from anywhere except where the oil pump drive is, and again, the oil pump sprocket was loose and broken on the indside. how in the world does this happen, what will cause the that sprocket to break again.

ok so i stopped by two perfromance shops by my area that work onalot of dsms and showed them the oil pump sprocket and they have said that had never seen that before but after analysing it you can see where pressure was built up and the shaft was forced to turn rounding a piece of the sprocket at the same time that pressure broke the gear, now i am replacing my oil pump and going to look at the balnce shaft ill kit installed before i bought it, but im wondering, can i do this with the engine in the car by taking the oil pump case off? is so how, i got the bolts off but cant get the crank gear off.
