ok what's my boost limit with this turbo. i have stock internals and i don't want to blow my engine up before i built it. people tell me internal are good up to 400 hp but i kinda want to get an idea.

20-25 psi

NO! BOOST is only a limit if you have stock head bolts and HG if you change those the stock internals can handle up to like 500hp now I wouldn't do that on a daily basis but i have seen stock internals with arp studs and a MLS hg hold 475-500 for drag spirts. HP and KNOCK kill your engine BOOST as long as you have those two things willnot to a point of course.

That is a big variable I mean compression and state of the engine will effect that what kind of turbo is a big factor cause 20 psi on a t-25 aint gonna break nothing except maybe that t-25 LOL but 20psi on a 60-1 is A LOT more air moving around and that will put a lot more wear and tear on stuff. For the most part witha 50 trimm and a average stock engine I wouldn't go any higher than like what they're saying like 25psi but I mean arp studs are like 125 and a MLS hg is like another 100 off ebay that's a small price to pay for be able to get a whole lot more out of your setup.

people say that the head bolts get stretched at somewhere around 22-24psi. you don't want to lift your head--don't boost over that. don't boost anything above 16psi unless you have it all tuned and no knock.
A thing to remember, the 50 trim makes best power at around 20-24psi. keep that in mind when doing what is it you are about to do.

Read number 4

Number 4 seems to indicate you should not exceed 16 pounds.

Not that I know anything about it, I just happened to read that earlier.

(Yes, I know I did a link and pasted the link)

Just read it again:
Also, if you have not made any changes to your fuel system (fuel pump or injectors), do not raise your boost any higher than 16psi. That is all the stock fuel system is able to handle.
