Can I get your help on this I'm so sick and tired of fighting this BS! I've gone through (2) turbo flange T3 gaskets. First one was a ebay stainless steel mesh deal, it blew, then I bought a .050" thick SS one from Extreme PSI and its not sealing. I have a brand new T3 .70 ar and new ERL manifold are the surfaces not true or something? What gasket should I use? Can I use high temp RTV to seal up the lack of trueness of the surfaces or what??

You using that mesh like gasket didn't help either. Those gaskets crush more around the bolt holes and when everything hears up and gets softer that's when things warp especially on T3 and T4 flanges. You mother have to out both the housing and the manifold flange on a belt sander to get them flat again. I do it every time I take a turbo or manifold off the car and its always a tiny bit off.
