I'm currently removing my turbo, I'm at the part of which I removed the exhaust side of the turbo bolts. I believe it's either 4-5 bolts. I'm the last one closest to the downpipe. The bolt size is 14mm, I'm using a breaker bar because I cannot break it loose with a racket. I've broke 3 sockets attempting to take it off.
Am I doing something wrong?

I broke my two best socket wrenches getting that damn T25 off. Use a LOT of WD40, PB Blaster, or whatever other penetrating lubricant you prefer. Soak the bolts, leave them overnight if you need to, and use a breaker bar. If you have access to it, use a torch to heat the bolts up and try again.
.. i say you just get a dremel..
