I would like to know if anyone has install an o2 Dump on their t25? Do you people have any pictures? And how easy was the install? :)

the install will about the same on a t-25 as it would on any other dsm flanged turbo.

1. Let the car cool down

2. Use lots of penetrating oil on the bolts and the nut.

3. Allow to sit for 30 minutes at least then break the bolts and nut loose.

4. Break bolts loose for down pipe then remove bolts and nut on O2.

5. Get a new gasket, line up the new O2 housing with dump using the stud and then bolt it all back down.

6. Reinstall the down pipe.

It is time consuming but not difficult.

Sorry i don't have pics to show you but it's really a straight forward install. Watch out for any cops too because it is VERY LOUD.

enjoy!

FOr the most part its easy. You have the directions listed above...go get em

Bringing a thread back from the dead, just curious to know what gains you can get with an o2 dump on a stock t-25?

I am sure you wont gain much, but eliminate a lot of boost creep. Because the stock o2 housing is so small, the oxygen builds up causing boost preasure to rise, an o2 dump, dumps the oxygen thus eliminating the boost creep.
