T25 having problems need a little help...

Ok I have a problem...when I was in 4th gear last night I stepped on it and it spiked to about 20psi and hit fuel cut. The reason I stepped on it was to do a short race. OK the problem is whenever I step on it Im gaurauteed fuel cut..even in 5th at 3k rpms. The problem not only is fuel cut but the fact that the t25 at 20psi is worthless.... my car is slower at that booost level than it is at 12. I have no boost controller on so its alll the watse gate actuator or something along those lines. So my question is if I put the bcs restrictor in will it help this at all or am I in for an overhaul or new turbo? Mods are in the profile and exhaust wise all I have is 2.5 in resonator test pipe and 2.5 in cat back stock downpipe.

I think you should go ahead and try the bcs restrictor or just get a mbc and turn down the boost. The bcs will help bring the boost down, its worth a try. Hope this helps.

a boost controller cant lower the boost any lower than the wastegate is set to open. I think I will try the bsc mod and try and see if that works.
