t04b oil drain line

I've got basically everything done in my t25 swap, aside from the oil lines. The drain is giving me the most trouble. I bought the new drain line from Bullseye when I purchased the turbo, and no matter which way I try to connect it, it doesn't seem to want to line up correctly. Anyone else have this problem when installing the drain line for this turbo?

i got the same turbo from bullseye! and ill be connecting the oil drain line soon, ill let u know! some other ppl told me you can use the stock oil drain off ur t25, it fits fine! try that!

The stock one is even further from fitting than the bullseye one...

well ill let u know! ill be installing mine later on this week, i got a question about the oil feed line! was it a pain in the ass to get the adapter part into the oil filter housing underneath the car by the oil filter! mine wont screw in like it should!!

Is the turbo you bought uses the same center piece as t25 and 14b,16g for mitsu? I had the same problem with the flange fitting that bolts onto the turbo center piece for the return line "T3/T4". I had to redrilled the hole wider in order to fit and then used RTV. Works like a charm. But feed line banjo bolt is like crap for me, leaks.

those oil drain lines are a tight fit. If you have one with the 45 degree angle make sure that the angle goes at the oil pan.

I have one on my 1G and 2G. They are a tight fit. Just remember to use some teflon paste on the fittings going into the flanges. To make sure they don't leak there.

On AN fittings?? You should never use any sealing sunstance on AN fittings. The 37* angle on the ends makes an excellent self-locking seal....
