[RESOLVED] aftermarket oil drain line

ok after some searching i have not found anything yet. i bought an aftermarket oil drain line from ma peformance it bolted up fine but it put a kink in the hose. now my question is that can i drive my car on a kinked drain line. i was under the impression that it is only there for cooling and some lube for the bearing. some one help me quick i need an answer fast i need to drive this in the morning and any help would be great.

If the oil drain is blocked it could back up into the turbo and blow the seals

even if i run low rpm?

It depends where the turbo oil is being fed from and your oil pressure.

Excessive backpressure on return side will cause the oil to get pushed out of the seals. Is this a stock style mitsu turbo??

If its kinked you may try to "clock" the center cartridge to "un-kink" it
