ok guys i put the car on jacks and slitherd my way to the tcase yolk were i have a leak going on that spews about1-2oz of oil everyday religiously, and there is no oil coming from were the yolk mates the tcase at all its dry as a bone, but the u joint is wet and drips from the bottom of the ujoint and the oil seems to be coming from behind the ujoint in the center of the yolk?? is there a seal in that area? i thought it would leak were it mates or am i wrong? im asking if anyone has had this happen before and the best way to go about it.. do i need a seal? do i need a seal and the tcase reacall fix? did i overfill the tcase (maybe LOL) and if i did would this cause it? there was no leak before i changed the tcase fluid to mobil synthetic, when i changed it the oil that came out was crazy thick and seemed like not alot maybe 1/4 of a quart maybe.. im a big guy 6 4 250lb bodybuilder my chest is like a oak whiskey barrel, im just big all over.. its very hard to work under my car even with jackstands seeing i only have gravel to work on and cardboard..i get all jammed up and cramped workin on this car as it is(lower back mostly) so the easier the fix the better.. and if i cant do it myself ill get a small friend to help me i guess....this car is going to be the death of me LOL:ohdamn: i just want to drive my car :banghead:
