T-belt tentioner questions

I had to rebuild my engine head and pulled the T-belt off. I don’t wanna replace the rollers or tentioners because it hasn’t been that long since the previous owner replace them. However, Is the tentioner/roller near the top of the block supposed to have some play in it. It seems to move about 1/4 left and right. What is funny is to me it looks like it supposed to because there is a tab that stop is at a certain spot. Also the rubber around the bolt is not loose or torn and looks brand new.

When the bolt for the manual tensioner is not tight, the tensioner will move around a little bit.

I've been looking at all the stuff in the parts catalog and checking out the vendor's sites but no one seems to have an auto-tensioner for the timing belt. Is this a dealer part?
