Symborski shifter mishap... need assistance

All went well when installing the new shift kit but unfortunately when I went to replace the metal rod above the shifter pivot it slid out of my hand and the pieces all fell out.

Because of this, I was not able to see how it came apart so I have no clue how to put it together.

Can anyone help? I can't find anything that shows how to put it together.

I was reading that but it doesn't really show how the pieces go together between the two 12mms so it's pretty unclear still.
