swapping motor 420a

I just bought a 1999 rs and am putting a new motor in it. I am fairly mechanically inclined but figured i should get a complete repair maunal to help me with wiring everything correctly. I want to know a good manual that would show me everything to know about this car. I would appreiciate it if you could give me a link or name brand. thanks

Chilton or Haynes. They'll both do the job. I, along with most prefer Haynes.

It shouldn't be too hard to pull the engine and put a new one in. Just make sure to label all harnesses and vacuum lines so you remember where they went to before you disconnect them all.

I would get this one. It's awesome! $150 it shows 420a as well as 4G63..

I am happy with the haynes manual and if there was anything else i needed to know i'd call the local dodge dealership and usaully a mechanic would be willing to give some advice.
95tsi New long blocks from the dealership are 1800CDN.

Check out local salvage yards for engines. Most of the time they have some and for a good price depending on your area.
