That's the right part number for a 92 Federal Turbo 2.0L AWD car. There are others that will work but that's the one that belongs in the car. Any 91-94 Federal Turbo 2.0L AWD ECU's would be second choice followed by the 91-94 Federal Turbo 2.0L FWD ECU's. You don't want any from an automatic, or California, or 1990 versions.

MD165531 is the automatic AWD version and MD165529 the FWD.

Of course if your running DSMLink it just matters that is either 90 or 91+.
