Scarborough,
This is an update to this thread:

http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1666646#post1666646

I was told to do a few boost leak tests change my iridum plugs to NGK 6es.

Have done the boost leak test a few times now and found no leaks. It help 20 psi for a good bit of time.

Change the plugs to the stock NGK's and gapped them to 0.028 However I still have the problem. The car runs a little better now but to recap this is whats happening:

Under WOT the car bucks and spudders around 3500-4000 RPM and will not go higher than 5000 RPM while bucking and spuddering. Under part throttle the acceleration is smooth can rev slowly to 5000 or more RPM smoothly. The car idles perfectly and runs great.

Another thing I tried it to swap the coilpack and no lock whatsoever. I haven't swapped the plug wires because they are practically brand new. I purchased them last year while my car was down due to a blown 7 bolt motor. The plug wires have very little mileage on it. When I first did the 6 bolt swap the car idled a little rough but ran great. I would build boost and everything. I let the car sit for a few weeks and this what happend after.

Anyway if any of you guys have a clue type away. I am really sick of this problem and really want to drive my car LOL. I am starting to miss this bloody DSM.

Do not do this, you will get reprimanded. Does the car hold boost while acclerating to where it begins to buck? Does your exhaust manifold have any cracks?

No cracks in the exhaust manifold. It mainly does it under WOT when boost is kicking in. THe car just smells like fuel after.
