stutter problem

i need some help. My car is idleing funny usually jumps from 1000 to 1400rpm so i cleaned the iacv and did no good. sometimes it idles to 3000rpm also when i go wide open throttle it stutters real bad like i'm going into fuel cut or something. i changed the tps, coolant temp sensor, new ecu, new plugs, cleaned the idle air control valve. I still can't figure out the problem its running really rich also. any help would be helpful thanks

I had the same problem, my timing was off.

If you're running rich I'd check the Front O2 sensor...possibly gone bad. Also, I'd check the tension on the throttle cable. If it's too tight it will "shrink" (for lack of a better word) once the engine warms up thus opening the throttle plate and causing a high idle.
