Stupid headlight question

Okay, the problem is, when I put on my headlights, they are pretty dim. Also, when I put on the high beams, the pass. side light is bright, but the driver side is really dim.

NOTE: The headlights are brand new; I just put them in today.

Swap the bulbs from side to side and see if the dim side changes this will tell you if it is your bulbs or if it is wiring/lenses. Also what type of bulbs did you put in (brand and series).

I don't know about 1gs but my 2g has different bulbs for dims and brights. If it comes down to it you might be running around with a multimeter for a bit.

Resolved. I fiddled with the wiring, as well as cleanied the contacts with contact cleaner. All is well now.
