I have a 90 talon tsi. While im driving it likes to studder a litle bit like its slowing itself down. it does it rarely but u can feel it kind of slow down a tiny bit then it stops. ive checked my plugs and wires, actually just put brand new ones in. and fuel filter isnt clogged causing it to stutter. i assume fuel pump. there is no CEL on either.

Alot of things can cause a studder and we would need more information to give a good diagnosis.
Is it only at a specific RPM or random at any RPM?
Does it only studder under load?
Does it only studder under boost?
I would first visually double check all vacuum lines and make sure they are properly connected and no spit especially when flexed.

It doesnt stutter under boost. and it stutters at random rpms when ever it feels like. In the mornings when i start it up or after it has sit for quite a few hours the car runs fine and happy til it warms up and then it starts the stuttering and low rpms. if i drive it around then let it sit for like an hour and then start it again it starts and then kills itself like its not getting gas so i have to quickly put my foot on gas after i start it and hold it at like 3k til it decides it wants to behave. then it drops and will idle at 700 for the rest of the day or unless i let it sit for a couple of hours and its cold again completely
