Stuck Valve?

What are some symptoms of Bent or Stuck Valves?
I tried to start my car and it ran for about 5 revolutions, and shut off, And the check engine light came on. I have Checked all wires ,hoses, even changed the head gasket and all gaskets. Still same problem. I am starting to think it may be something with the Pistons, or Valves. I am going to Compression test it now, and post the results.
What are the Factory Limitations on Compression?
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please hit me back.

I did a compression test, and all 4cyc read 175 which is about 3 pounds below standard.
Sparkplugs 1 an 4 have wite spots on them and 2 an 3 are just covered with carbon.
Im going to get new sparkplugs, and see if this helps my engine problem.
