Allright this bolt will not budge out. it moves back and forth when i put a ratchet to it. i can not get it to come out though. I put the one that goes above it back in to see if it is threaded inside the bracket and its not. I tried hitting the backside with a hammer to see it itd pop out. No luck. Hoses it with WD-40. taking breaker bars to it. What next? I was thinking hammer and chissel LOL idk. Someone help me out here.

well if the threads are stripped, just save yourself the extra headache and cut that bi*** off! or drill it out, you will need to replace it anyway! But yeah, if you dont fell like cutting it, just get a chisel like you were saying and knock the SH!T out of it! it doesnt matter, you need to get new bolts anyway  you could always try some "Liquid Wrench", i think they sell it at autozone ! good luck :thumb:

its not stripped, becuase its a bolt and nut combo. its not a bolt that goes into it and thats it. i was hoping i didnt have to cut and drill nething
