lower strut brace, bolts stuck both sides!

okay im installing my new skunk2 coilovers on dropzone shocks,
i just got both rear ones on. now i went to finish the front and loosened
the top bolts. took the tires off on to the lower strut brace bolts. got a hammer
hit it a few times to break any corrosion loose, threw the socket on there...
nothing. got a wrench and leverage...nothing. pulled out the impact...just
stripped it...so i have no idea what to do...i know heating it up untill its red than
try but if that doesnt work im expanding shit for nothing . anyone have this
problem? or know a for sure way i can get these out? thank you for reading.

You wan to loosen the top mounts before the car is off the ground.

The tension from the springs help this from not happening.

i loosened the top bolts before lifting the car and taking the tire off
