Stuck on exhaust choice

ok i just put on my catback (holley Airmass Thundermuff) it is 2.5 inch piping with a nasty sounding muffler now i expected the muffler to sound awful so i was planning on buying another one. im stuck between a Apexi N1 Turbo version muffler and the Thermal R&D muffler. i know the apexi is pretty good because i have the N/A version and im not sure what the T R&D sounds like. anyone have any expierience with the thermal? thanks

stick with the apex'i a guy I know in my local dsm club has a thermal and it sounds like a honda

No matter what muffler you get it will still sound like kinda bad. Just go to the exhust shop and get them to weld in some resonators. Put as many as you can fit and then see how your exhaust sounds. If it is still too loud get the Apex'i muffler or just get your old apex'i put on. Your exhaust and the people around you will not lose thier hearing if you put a resonator in it and besides it gets rid of that dirt bike sound at higher RPM's.

im running a weapon r header, 2 1/4" cat back to an apex'i n1 turbo muffler... the thing is louder than hell and sounded like a honda till it broke in... i didnt even think of putting the resonator back in but ill probably to that becuase the sound is still too splattered for my liking.
