tire choice ??

i have a front wheel drive car running close to 450 hp with the nos ... i have 17 " rims .. what kind of tires should i get ?

i have alot of problems getting traction .. launches .. 2nd and even 3 rd .. i have kyb struts with eibach pro lowering springs .. any way i can get better traction ? traction bars ? any ideas

bfgoodrich kdws... Best gripping street tires without going drag radial.. They look sick too

If you really really want traction in a fwd car get slicks. Seriously buy a set of junk rims and put some slicks on em for the track when you need traction.

I've heard good things about Nitto NT01 tires, ya can't go wrong with Nitto

I have BFGoodrich KDW2's on the Galant. They are good, but the review on tire rack are accurate. They can be a louder tire. They aren't a tire for stock exhaust people haha. I can still light up all four tires and this is with a 245 wide series tire on launch.

Engine bar to keep from wheelhopping. Some good tires always help.

If solid/prothanes aren't doing it for you, then your just gonna have to pedal it!
