I'm trying to remove my strut and of course my luck, the last stud on top is spinning in the pillow mount so I can't get the last nut off. Any suggestions on how to get this off without destroying everything

I don't wanna cut it off as I'll probably cut into the body

I had the same issue, just use a cut off wheel and grinder and cut a slit in the top of the stud about a 1/8" deep. Take a flat head and place it into the slit and use a wrench to remove the nut. Extreme psi sells new studs unless your getting coilovers

Another option:
If you have the 2-part spring compressors, you can compress the spring on the car, and remove the strut/spring assembly, leaving just that top hat mounted to the car. Then you can hammer the stud (just like a wheel stud), back up into the hat so maybe it grips enough metal to let you loosen the nut. Don't forget to soak that beyotch with seafoam deep creep. Also use heat if necessary via torch.

Heat is def your best friend, I know the paint is right there, but you can come in at an angle and use an impact gun.
