Does anyone know of any upgrades for the strut mounts? Not just with coilovers, as I've seen just about all of them. The reason I'm asking, these are about the last components of my suspension (aside from shocks and springs) that I need to replace. On a few of my BMW's I had solid shock mounts, very stiff but worth it from a handling aspect. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Tein makes a set for the 2g. I've got them on my car with some stand-offs and spring perches to make it work like DG's setup. Speaking of which, if you have access to inexpensive machining the DG setup is a great way to go.

Hey I'm looking for oem style strut mounts ... I saw a thread talking about 3G eclipse have the same rear strut mounts. Do the 3G eclipse also have the same front strut mount? If not does anyone know where I can buy new mounts like metal plate and bearing etc?

Using Tokico Illumina struts and Eibach springs btw

If you are running a 2g, then no. They are rubber bushings. You can use Monroe or KYB strut mount kits. Most local auto parts stores have them on hand. Pretty common piece. Here's an example of the fronts. http://www.monroe.com/en-US/e-catalog/902923

EDIT: The front AND rear use the same kit. So you will need four (4) total.

Monroe part #:902923

KYB part #:SM5091
