I was wondering where everyone found their 4g64 cranks to build thier stroker motors with? did you buy them new or used? If used, did you buy the entire engine or just the crankshaft? Does anyone know where there is a specific list of the car that had the 4g64 engine in them? I have searched and have found conflicting sources.

EDIT:
93 and newer galants have the 4g64, right? And also didn't some elantras have them also? anything else?

I am also currently lookin in to stroking my car to a 2.3L. The few people i know that have done this bought the stroker kit off slowboy's site

spyder has the 4g64 (7bolt), you can get the 6 bolt version from some galants, and the sanota. You can get all of these parts used or of course new. It all depends on what your wallet can handle.
For more info. do a search on this site for 4g64. you will pull up more stuff than you read in one night.
By the way. i am using a stroker motor also.
