Hey guys,
So I've been trying to make my car run normal again. Recently insalled s16g with MAFT, rebuilt 1g turbo TB and 450cc on a N/A car still with stock ECU set to 275cc. Im having some strange issues with idle and AFRs.
If I set the TPS as described on VFAQ my Rpms wil still go up and down, so I set it where it keeps steady RPMs, but I haven't measured the output voltage /will do/. So it idles fine with steady 1000 rpms /little higher because of the prothane mounts/, but the BISS screw is turned all the way in and the switch on the back is backed all the way out and it still idles. Isn't it supposed to be die when I cut off the air supply. I have a partial FIAV block off plate which allows the IAC to work.
The other issue is the AFRs at idle. It fluctuates from 19s to 18s which I understand as it get either too much air /IDK where from/ or it gets not enough fuel. I've set the fuel pressure at 48 with vacuum line disconnected.
Recently found out that the PCV valve was leaking, so i put a check valve and now that works fine. The other thing I found out was that the MAFT has only one knob working - BASE knob, all other knobs do not work at all. I asked for support at FullThrottle, but no one replies.
All new gaskets for TB and intake manifold, new front O2 sensor, rear simulator
Mods: s16g at 5 psi, BUllseye housing, Evo3 o2 housing, 3'' DP, 3'' High flow cat, 3'' Tsudo Cat back, 3'' FMIC core, 2.5'' IC piping, 1g BOV vented, MAFT, Aeromotive AFPR, PLX wideband, Prosport gauges, high flow fuel filter/-6AN/
