Alright.
Well my car has been idling at 3 grand on the dot exactly.
I was trying to figure it out, and I found out that my tps was loose.
I shut the car off, screwed it back in, started it.
It idles up to 4 grand now. Then right after it hits the 4 grand mark, it dies down to 2500 and will have quick surges from 2500-3000.

It seems like it's running REALLY rich.

I don't know I'm stuck.

I miss used my terms, I meant my idle switch was loose. The one on top of the TB with the single wire.

Any help with this?
My ISC seems to be working, I gator clipped it to try to re set the idle and it would be 2 grand on the dot.

Then I pulled it off and it would idle on 3 grand on the dot.

Hey Lofty, I know this seems crazy, but is your car producing a vacuum? I was thinking if your wastegate wasn't working properly, the turbo could just be pushing unusual amounts of air, causing high idle.

EDIT: Forgot yours is N/T

I don't know of any vac lines that could leak on this.

In fifteen years, I've never tried to check it, but I was told by the tech at the local dealership...If the idle swich is unplugged the car won't go over 3,000rpm. That loose switch may be holding the throttle open. It should only just barely make contact once the throttle is completely 100% closed.
Isn't this really just the same thread restarted over again? Hey...did you ever do the BISS procedure/check the o-ring on the BISS?

I checked my cable, it's not it.

I haven't check my biss o ring yet, biss is all the way in.

Checked the idle switch, it wasn't sticking on the TB.

My next thing to do is to see if the throttle is hanging up inside the TB.

Then I'm going to pull my vaccum equipment.
