Strange boost control problem with a tial 38mm, DSMLink v3 log inside!

Just got the new turbo on and I'm having a weird boost control problem. Seems like it wont peak at what I have it set for. It just climbs sloowwly until redline no matter what.

You can see it in the log that is included. My mods are up to date and the AEM 3.5bar is logged. Any ideas?

Just checked and I have zero exhaust leaks. Maybe it's my boost controller? Or the Tial? I had a similar problem with my s16g.
